Alispess started as a handful of small scripts we kept copy-pasting between our own side projects — a chat bubble here, a cookie banner there. Eventually it made sense to package them as one loader and share it.
The goal is boring on purpose: small widgets that do one thing, load fast, and don't drag in a framework. No dashboards to configure, no dependency on a hosted backend for the free widgets.
Everything is served from a single CDN-fronted endpoint. If you're curious how the loader picks which widget to render, check the docs — it's just a data-widget attribute on the script tag.
